Wufoo Forms Integration

I'd like to be able to see how many Wufoo forms were completed each month to compare to previous months and see a trend over longer periods of time (12 months+) I'd like to be able to pull the following data from Wufoo which is all available within Wufoo for individual Wufoo forms but I have to go into each individual form and copy and paste the numbers to manually create a Google Sheets document to show me the data for each selected Wufoo form in 1 report: Form Name # Submissions # Incomplete % Incomplete Pageviews Entries (Completed) Conversion Rate Grand Total (All Forms)
