Goal Progress Indicator

For the "Report - Opportunity Stage Goal", or any reports where the chart type is a "Solid Gauge", it would be nice if there was a way to visually show if we are ahead, behind, or on track with our goal, based on the time elapsed. For example, if our monthly goal is $100K revenue, by the 15th of the month we should be at $50K, so if there was a line "indicator" that shows in the graph where we should be (according to the total goal) it will give us a better idea if we're on track to hit the goal.
